The 5 Primary Trauma Imprints journey explores how early experiences can shape patterns in our nervous system, emotions and relationships. This 9D Breathwork session blends intentional breathwork, immersive soundscapes and guided cues to support awareness, emotional processing and nervous system regulation in a held environment.
This journey may be of interest to people who:
• Are curious about how early experiences affect adult patterns
• Notice recurring emotional or relational themes
• Want a structured space for reflection and somatic awareness
• Are exploring breathwork as a modality for self-understanding
No prior breathwork experience is required. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, with choice and self-awareness at the centre of the session.
