99 Bottles run to benefit the Sarasota Police Foundation

If you've been looking for a reason to get out of bed on a Saturday morning (other than your dog demanding breakfast or your body deciding 6:12 a.m. is plenty of sleep), I have one!
Join me on Saturday, September 12th at 7:30 a.m. at 99 Bottles for their monthly charity run benefiting the Sarasota Police Foundation!
If you know Mark and his crew at 99 Bottles, you already know they're some of the most generous people around. They're huge supporters of our community and of my beloved Sarasota Police Foundation. ❤️
Most of us know and love the Wednesday night runs, but they've also teamed up with Pathos to host a Saturday morning charity run on the second Saturday of every month!
Here's how it works:
🏃 $10 to participate
🥯 $5 goes toward the fun post-run party
💙 $5 is donated to the featured charity (the Sarasota Police Foundation this month!)
✨ Even better...a generous donor is matching every donation made to the Foundation!
And don't think this is just for runners. Walkers are absolutely welcome too! Stick around afterward for brunch, delicious bagels, a DJ, cold plunges (which I will enthusiastically cheer you on while avoiding), and a really fun morning with great people.
I'd love to see lots of familiar faces there. Come run, walk, socialize, or simply enjoy the food afterward. I'll be the one pretending the run was just a warm-up for the bagels. 😉
