Every spirit is distilled, matured, and bottled on the Isle of Raasay, using mineral-rich island water and long fermentations that develop natural blackberry sweetness before aging in a first-of-its-kind six-cask combination. Together, the bites and pairings showcase the creativity of our chefs and the artistry of Raasay’s whisky, offering a lively, social tasting experience.
Hosted in the Lake Street Dining Room, this intimate, semi-private indoor space invites guests to sip, savor, and enjoy a night of flavor with warm ambiance and views of Wayzata’s Lake Street.
