Dating back to 1935, Candlelight is a moment to pause and reflect on themes of the Advent season, a time of waiting and joyful anticipation for the coming of Christ. The night is filled with Scripture readings, hymns, prayers, musical performances, and a reflection. At its conclusion, we will walk together to fill the floors of Moye rotunda, where we will sing Christmas carols by candelight.
A reception will follow on the first floor of Moye Rotunda with cookies and hot chocolate, and Delicious tamales graciously donated by OLLU alumna, Valerie Gonzalez Handly of Delicious Tamales.
