A 90 minute journey to bring body, mind and heart into harmony through restorative yoga and the divine healing vibrations of therapeutic sound bowls placed on various parts of your body, and more. This is a class for all to recharge, rest and renew. Enjoy a nourishing yoga nidra to ground, followed by a restorative yoga sequence to compliment the soothing vibrations of Eve's powerful sound bowls that will bathe you and harmonise the space. Wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
