90 Minute Immersive Sound Bath & Somatic Session (Pay What You Can)

Join us at Harbor of Dreams Art in Stone Mountain, Georgia for a 90 minute immersive sound bath and holistic practices to help move stress out of the body and find embodiment through these simple movements and sound frequencies. Sound can help slow down your brain waves and bring you into a place of healing and connectedness. Chelsea Szegidewicz will be your guide. Every walk of life is respected and welcomed in our space.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring a mat, your favorite blanket and pillow and a water bottle. Dress warmly. Please arrive before Noon so we can get started at a timely manner. Parking is available and this space is handicap accessible.

Certified in Sound Healing since 2020 and an Associate Professional of the International Somatic Movement Education & Therapy Association (ISMETA), Chelsea has guided hundreds of sound bath experiences across the southeast in yoga studios, spiritual centers, community spaces, and regularly hosts sound baths at Harbor of Dreams Art in Stone Mountain, Ga. Her offerings are grounded in intention, integrity, and embodied presence. Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture nervous system balance, inner stillness, and energetic alignment—creating space for restoration and renewal.
