90 min community Sound Bath & Breathwork Session with Chelsea

Welcome, attendees and new-comers! My name is Chelsea, and I'll be facilitating this healing experience. Please read.

FIRST OF ALL - Parking is free and easily accessible right in front of the building. If there is no more parking available in our parking lot, you may park next door (if facing the building, to the right) at the white building since they are not open and happy to share their parking.

What to bring: Please bring a mat, blankets, pillows, and journal. The more cozy you can get, the better.

What to expect: Doors open at 11:30. I recommend you come early to make sure you get a spot and use the restroom before we get started at 12. As you make your way inside, you'll come straight to the back of the building into a big open room where you'll see my healing instruments set up. You can find a spot to setup anywhere in the room that feels fitting for you with your mat, blankets, and pillows.

What we'll be doing: Breathwork (15 min), Vocal Toning, Somatic Practices, and Sound Bath. I'll take you step by step of the whole process and make sure we're all on the same page.
