Welcome to the 90 Day Slimdown Fitbit Challenge.
Are you ready to kickstart your fitness journey and achieve your health goals? Join us for a fun and motivating experience.
This group is dedicated to supporting each other on our journey to getting in shape and improving our health. Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone up, increase your fitness level, or just adopt a healthier lifestyle, this is the place for you.
We will provide accountability, motivation, and tips for success throughout the 90 day challenge.
We will engage and encourage one another using the fitbit app.
Join us for fun support to help you reach your goals. Let's work together to slim down and feel our best!
Challenge Details:
- Start Date: January 13, 2025
- End Date: April 18, 2025
Challenge Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must download Fitbit App
- Must have a scale
- Must maintain a positive attitude
Challenge Guidelines:
Participants will check in daily to report the following:
- Calories consumed
- Workout completion
- Steps taken
- Water intake
Additionally, there will be a weigh-in every Monday to track progress.
Support and Motivation:
Throughout the 90 days, we will offer accountability and practical tips to ensure everyone stays on track. Engage with your peers, share experiences, and participate in group activities designed to enhance your journey.
