When do doors for the show open and close? Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance. Box office opens 1 hour prior to the performance. Late arrivals will be seated at appropriate intervals during the performance.

Is seating assigned? There is no assigned seating, so please arrive early to ensure your preferred seats!

Are tickets available at the door? Tickets are available at the box office starting 1 hour prior to showtime. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.

What are my parking options for the event? Free parking is available in Lots B & C near the Doré Theatre. Permits are required for all other lots on campus.

What's the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event? All tickets will be held at will call. Please keep your confirmation email handy.
