Auditions for 9 to 5: The Musical will still be held February 8 at Shreveport Little Theatre. To reserve a time slot for auditions, please visit https://www.theaterforms.com/Sportlittletheatre/mayweall/auditionform/A mandatory dance call will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by individual auditions. Please prepare 16-32 bars of music in a style similar to the show for the auditions.
9 to 5: The Musical, based on the iconic 1980 film and featuring a score by the legendary Dolly Parton, brings to life the story of three women who unite to take down their misogynistic boss and change their workplace culture. With infectious songs like 9 to 5 and Backwoods Barbie, the musical continues to inspire audiences with its message of resilience, teamwork, and female empowerment. The show opens April 25, 2025 and runs through May 4, 2025. Rehearsals are slated to begin March 3, 2025.
