9 Hole Scramble OR Group Golf Lesson + Dinner

Join the AEC Women's Golf Club for our 9 Hole Scramble or Group Golf Lesson event at Diablo Creek Golf Course in Concord.

Choose to play in a 16-player scramble or take a group golf lesson with 16 other AEC professionals. We’ll all start with an hour of networking before splitting into our groups, and then everyone will reconvene for an early dinner afterward.

Both groups are great for players of all skill levels, however you'll need to bring your own clubs if you want to participate in the scramble. If you’re new to golf, we recommend the lesson. However, the scramble format is beginner-friendly too — everyone tees off, then the group selects the best shot and plays from there until the ball is holed. This makes playing on the course less intimidating. We believe the best way to learn is by getting out there and trying. Plus, all foursomes will include seasoned players to help keep the pace of play steady.

ALL club rentals will be reserved for the group golf lesson. To participate in the scramble, you’ll need to bring your own set of clubs. If you don’t have a set, consider checking Facebook Marketplace or a local golf store—there are often quality, affordable options available.

AGENDA

• 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Check-in + Networking (Both Groups)
• 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm: 16 Player Scramble OR Group Golf Lesson (Golf lesson ends at 5:00 PM, so we’ll head over to the restaurant then)
• 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Dinner + Networking

• Pregame Networking Session
