Tournament Details/Rules:
• Entry Fee: $400
• Deposit: $200 (Non-Refundable)
• Format: BCA Rules/House Rules, Alternate Break, Double Elimination
• 9FT Tables
• Race to 7 on Winner’s Side / Race to 6 on Loser’s Side
• Double Dutch Format:
(In this format, players compete in a true double elimination style, meaning a player must lose twice to be eliminated from the tournament.)
• All Ball Fouls in effect.
• 9-Ball Win on the Break: A win on the break is only valid if the 9-ball is pocketed in the side or kitchen pockets.
• 3 Foul Rule in Effect: Three consecutive fouls result in a loss.
• Jumps and Masse Shots are Allowed only if the player knows how to execute them properly.
• No Food or Drinks Allowed: Players must purchase food and drinks inside the venue.
Note: House rules govern this tournament and take precedence over BCA rules.

Registration Policy!
• Early Registration Required: All players must register and pay their entry fee in advance to secure their spot in the tournament.
• Participant Cap: The tournament will have a maximum of 24 participants (12 teams). Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon registration to confirm participation. This deposit helps ensure commitment to the tournament and covers administrative costs.
• Payment Policy: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their deposits and fees are paid in advance. We will not actively solicit payments; please be proactive in securing your spot. Failure to pay in advance may result in losing your spot in the tournament.
• Deposit Deadline: The deposit must be submitted by December 7. Failure to meet this deadline may result in losing your spot in the tournament.
• Final Payment Deadline: The remaining balance must be paid by December 12 to ensure a smooth tournament experience.
• No Last-Minute Entries: Players will not be allowed to join the tournament on the day of the event without prior registration.
Note: Registration and deposit alone do not secure your spot. Final payment must be received by December 12, 2024, to confirm your entry. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the loss of your deposit. Additionally, Bruce Castillo reserves the right to disqualify any team for unsportsmanlike behavior that may disrupt the experience for others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
