Step into the heat at Cedar & Steam! Sweat, connect, and enjoy a recovery session you're excited to get to. Relax in a welcoming space with water, towels, and a private area to change, wearing whatever you feel comfortable sweating in. Come for the experience, stay for the community, and leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and inspired.

***You will have 45 minutes to use the sauna and community space as you wish. Then we will need to re set the space for the next group.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a swimsuit (or whatever you’re comfortable sweating in), a change of clothes if you wish, and sandals. We’ll provide a private changing tent, towels and water for you.

What should I wear during the session?

Most guests wear a swimsuit, athletic wear, or light clothing. Choose whatever helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.

How long should I stay in a sauna?

Everyone’s comfort level is different! Most people start with just a few minutes and gradually work their way up to longer sessions. Listen to your body—it’s better to build up slowly than to overdo it.

Is the Sauna safe for everyone?

If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, circulation issues, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking. Otherwise, sauna and cold plunge are generally safe and can be very beneficial when practiced mindfully.

Is there a public restroom on site?

Not always! Since we partner with local businesses, their restrooms aren’t guaranteed to be available during our events. Best bet—make a quick stop before you come so you can relax and enjoy your time with us.
