9/11 Memorial Workout – Honoring Through Movement 💪
Join us as we come together to honor the lives lost and the heroes who served on September 11, 2001.
📅 When: Saturday, September 13th at 9:00 AM
📍 Where: Rise – 1728 Central Avenue, Suite 5
💥 What: A special workout to remember, reflect, and move with purpose
This workout will be designed to challenge us physically while honoring the strength, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day. All fitness levels are welcome — modifications will be available.
