🙏🧑‍🚒 Join us for a powerful morning of prayer, movement, and tribute as we remember the lives lost and the courage shown on September 11, 2001. We begin with a moment of silence and prayer, followed by a tribute workout and the Firefighters Stair Climb Challenge. Symbolically climbing 110 floors, honoring the heroic journey made by first responders at the Twin Towers.
What to Expect:
• Tribute Workout (all levels welcome)
• Firefighters Stair Climb: take part in climbing the equivalent of 110 floors (modifications available)
• Music that inspires and honors
• Community Reflection
• Fun for kids: Firetruck on site, kid's activities, and bring strollers to walk/run the track
