About this Event

Enjoy over 25 food stations and live cooking demos with some of Ontario's best Chefs. The current line-up includes : Davide Ciavattella (Don Alfonso), Donna Dooher (Mildred's Temple Kitchen), Dan Craig (Harbour Castle Westin), John Sinopoli (Ascari Hospitality), Jon Rennie (Odd Duck -Michelin recommended) , Chris Zielinski (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment), Christian Pritchard (Chef Presenter), Chef MJ (One Five Six- Michelin Recommended), Chef Heyden Sin ( Lai Wah Heen) , Shai-AnnTi & Adam Ryam (Canada's Bocuse D'or support team) , Mike Hawryluk (One/Hazelton Hotel), Shonah Chalmers (Toronto Culinary Federation), Brian Kang (No Vacancy -Canada's Best New Bar 2026) ,Murali Thamba (Brindleberry Catering), Team Canada Community Catering led by David Franklin, Alex Shterenberg (Postmark Hotel), Myeongseok Jeong (156- Michelin Recommended), Terrance Tew (Solo on Main), Raymond Costain (Dope as Duck), Steven Dankha/Kire Boseovski/Matt Fulton (Feed me Fine Foods), Daycion Reid (Dacy's Gourmet Kitchen), Joshna Maharaj (Take back the Tray), John Placko (Modern Culinary Academy), John MacKinnon (Durham), Steffany Singh (Beau Bakery), Keith Hoare (TCI Chefs) , Rene Chauvin/ Tulio Lessa (Centennial College), Tawfik Shehata (Thistletown Culinary Instructor). Kitchen support team : Gary Hoyer (GBC), Chris Totah (Vintage Hotel Group) Sam Glass (ret.), Eric Marshall (Marshall Catering) All proceeds from the event go to send Thistletown's Culinary students to Italy in March of '27. There will be a 'foodie focused' auction and a giant used cookbook sale as well. All food and drinks included with admission. This is an outdoor event (rain or shine) if inclement weather is forecast the event will be moved indoors. Culinary line up subject to change. Kids under the age of 12 are free, 1 per paid adult admission.
