Who is interested to join the "8TH INTERNATIONAL BUCHAREST CUP 2025" in Bucharest (Romania) from 1st to 4th May 2025??We're searching for adult recreational teams who wanna join this tournament. Also individual players for our mixed team are able to join. Please ask for it.

TOURNAMENT CITY:
Bucharest is the capital and largest city of Romania, as well as its cultural, industrial, and financial centre. It is located in the southeast of the country, on the banks of the Dambovița River, less than 60 km north of the Danube River and the Bulgarian border.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Recreational Co-Ed ice hockey tournament.
Guaranteed four tournament games per team!!
Playing time will be 2x 20 minutes (running time) per game.
Ice preparation after every game.
Recreational non-checking and no-fighting rules!!

TOURNAMENT LOCATION:

The arena is directly beside of the Otopeni airport. To/From city centre and hotel it's around 16 km.
TOURNAMENT HOTEL:

This 4-star hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old town. It is about a 20-minute drive to the ice rink. We’ll have an 19-seater minibus for all hotel-arena-hotel transfers (not included in the tournament fee!!) available. Airport transfers are also possible.
The room rate includes the following services:
- double occupancy, breakfast, WiFi, indoor pool, steam sauna, gym, city tax and a 24h reception.
TOURNAMENT PROGRAM:
Thursday 1st May - Travel Day (Few games from 6 pm).
Friday 2nd May - First Tournament Day.
Saturday 3rd May - Second Tournament Day.
Sunday 4th May - Third Tournament Day (till 3 pm).
TOURNAMENT FEES:
310.- Euro per player or 200.- Euro per non-player
Included in this fee:
- Tournament organization (arena, referees, timekeepers, hotels, meals etc.).
- Guaranteed four tournament games with 2x 20 minutes.
- Online live scoring and stats under www.rainman-allstars.de
- Two official league referees per game.
- Ice preparation after every game.
- First aid staff in the arena.
- Shared locker room for all teams during the tournament.
- Equipment storage in the arena before or after the tournament.
- Water for the games.
- Trophies & Medals for the three top teams.
- Tournament pictures from all games.
- Three nights with breakfast in double occupancy.
- Snacks & Drinks in the arena during all tournament games.
- Free beer in arena: 5.000 bottles of Moretti beer.
- Two meals in the arena (Friday lunch & Saturday lunch).
Notice:
Single rooms are limited and only on request!!
TEAM REGISTRATION:
We need from every team a 500.- Euro deposit until end of January. On the base: "First Pay-First Play". The remaining money have to be paid until middle of March.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION:
We need from every player a 100.- Euro deposit until end of January. On the base: "First Pay-First Play". The remaining money have to be paid until middle of March.
