Why Mentors Matter with Monica Short: Chico State alumna and technology industry leader Monica Short shares how mentorship has shaped her career—from launching in GAP’s Management Training Program to driving multimillion-dollar growth at World Wide Technology, Amazon Web Services, and Equinix.
