Join us for the 8th Annual Sailfish Sprint 5K/10K on Saturday, March 1, 2025. This course takes you through some historic parts of the City of Stuart. This race is in conjunction with the Marathon of the Treasure Coast. The race begins promptly at 7:00am.
The race will begin and end at Memorial Park in Downtown Stuart. A great place to run with friends and family and PR. There will be awesome medals for all finishers, a souvenir race tech shirt and age group awards. Race shirts are guaranteed for the first overall 300 registered participants. Sizes are not guaranteed after February 1, 2025.
Packet Pick Up will be held Friday, 2/28 from 12-6:30pm at the 10th Street Community Center located at 724 SE 10th Street in Stuart. Race Day packet pick up will open on Saturday, March 1st at 6am.
Finisher medals will be given at the end of race, and awards ceremony should begin close to 8am. There will be bottled water in coolers and a nutrition table for your enjoyment.
Course information: There will be three water stops along the course 1 for the 5k and 2 for the 10k (the 1 for the 5K will be a double stop) We strongly encourage you to bring your own nutrition and hydration if you need more than water.
Our 1/2 Mile Kids Dash is back! The 1/2 Mile Kids Dash participants will receive a finisher medal after their dash through a 1/2-mile course through Memorial Park. This race begins over in the Shuffleboard Parking Lot at 8am.
Lastly, we have partnered with our Utilities and Engineering Department and Citizens4H2O for a special Walk4H2O. This is a one mile walk for all to participate in. All proceeds from the walk will support Water for South Sudan. Did you know $5 provides clean drinking water for two people for an entire year! This walk will begin at 8:30am over at the Shuffleboard Parking Lot. Walk Participants are encouraged to wear shirts featuring their school mascot.
Citizens4H2O will be onsite with a booth offering information about water conservation, the global water crisis, and the work of Water for South Sudan.
