8th Annual Patrick Fridland Memorial Osteosarcoma Open

This 18-hole scramble is in memory of Patrick Fridland, who loved golf. Sadly, Patrick passed away way too soon on May 24, 2018 from chondroblastic osteosarcoma (bone cancer) at the age of 24. It was Patrick’s wish to help others survive this horrendous cancer, so we created this event to help make this a reality. All profits from this event will be donated to osteosarcoma research in Patrick’s memory. The first seven years of this special tournament have raised over $214,000, and our goal is to go over $250,000 with this year’s event. We could not have done it without the help of so many golfers, volunteers and donors, and we are so grateful to all who have helped us over the years.
This year all participants may receive a commemorative t-shirt, which we need to order by August 25th, so it is imperative that we receive your registration form by that date, at the very latest. However, last years Osteosarcoma Open resulted in a completely full golf course with 40 teams participating. Since we really pushed the limits on the number of teams playing on an 18-hole golf course, and the amount of time needed to play a round of golf, we will need to limit this years Osteosarcoma Open teams to the same number as last year. Unfortunately, we had to turn away several teams last year, so please register early to ensure your spot. To get a registration form please DM us and we can get you one.
