Join us for the Annual Heroes for Autism 5K and Mile, a remarkable charity event dedicated to supporting the Freddie Ford Family Foundation's mission of raising awareness and acceptance of autism. This family-friendly event will take place on July 18, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the scenic Queeny Park in St. Louis, Missouri.The 5K is a timed race with prizes to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers. There will be a 400 meter dash for kids 12 and under with each child receiving a medal! Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult for safety.
