🌟 Join us for the Annual Heroes for Autism 5K and Mile 🏃‍♂️, a remarkable charity event dedicated to supporting the Freddie Ford Family Foundation's mission of raising awareness and acceptance of autism. This family-friendly extravaganza will take place on July 18, 2026, from 8 am to 11 am at the scenic Queeny Park in St. Louis, Missouri.

Embrace the spirit of unity and make a positive impact by participating in this empowering event. Lace up your running shoes or take a leisurely stroll – there's something for everyone! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just want to show your support, this event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities.

Vendors will be onsite to provide information about their services. There will be fun games, a bounce house, water, beer and food.

We invite runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to come out dressed as your favorite superhero and help raise awareness and acceptance of autism. Children 11 and under are free with a paid registration from a participating adult. The 5k will be a timed race. T-shirts are included in registration and guaranteed for registrations before 6/30/26.

There will be a bounce house and play area for fun for the children. Pizza and beer will be available for a donation.

Awards to top 3 finishers.

*All tickets are nonrefundable. The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather the event may be cancelled or the start delayed.
