We’re pleased to announce our 8th Annual Forest Park Project Golf Tournament, which will be held on Saturday, Sept. 27th (1 pm) at Franconia Golf Course in Springfield with dinner to follow just down the road at Nathan Bill's Bar & Restaurant.

Thanks to your continued support, Christian & Brian's House has established itself as one of the premier sober houses in the area. We cannot think of a more fitting way to honor both Christian and Brian.

And it's in that same spirit of honoring our two loved ones that we're excited to embark on the mission of opening a women's house in the area along with the assistance of the Michael J. Dias Foundation.

After losing two great young people to opioid abuse in recent years, a dedicated group of friends and family came together to form The Forest Park Project, a non-profit organization in their honor to combat this devastating epidemic.

Christian Diaz passed away on May 4, 2018 at the age of 37. Brian Metzger was 34 when he passed on June 21, 2015.

Lifelong friends from the Forest Park neighborhood, Metzger and Diaz battled addiction in the final stages of their lives. Growing up as central figures within a group of friends that covered a wide spectrum of society, Brian and Christian touched scores of people on intimate levels through their compassion and charisma.

An overarching goal of the organization will always be to raise awareness of the epidemic, but our initial primary goal was the creation of a sober house in the area.

After forming a partnership with the Michael J. Dias Foundation, we were proud to open Christian & Brian's House in Springfield in the Summer of 2020.

This would not have been possible without the help of our supporters.

We hope to continue earning your trust as we look to expand our efforts by assisting the Michael J. Dias Foundation's capital campaign for the establishment of a women's house in the area.
