The Dam Bridge Challenge is a series of exciting paddle races celebrating the Susquehanna River and supporting the vital work of the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association.
The 8th Annual Dam Bridge Challenge features two different timed races along the Susquehanna River, stretching from the historic river town of Wrightsville to Lake Clarke and the Safe Harbor Dam. It also includes a 1-mile untimed leisurely paddle for ages 7+.
Whether you’re a junior or master paddler, you’re invited to compete in your watercraft of choice—kayaks, canoes, surfski, or stand-up paddleboards.
But you don’t have to be on the water to be part of the fun! Bring your family and friends to cheer on racers, enjoy riverfront views, and learn about the importance of protecting the Susquehanna River.
