Calling all Ketchikan residents, near and far!
Join us for the 89th Annual Ketchikan Picnic on Sunday, July 26, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Edmonds, Washington.
Whether you grew up in Ketchikan, lived there for a season, graduated from Kayhi, worked on the waterfront, or simply carry a piece of Ketchikan with you wherever you go, we'd love to see you there.
Spend the day reconnecting with old friends, classmates, neighbors, and family while sharing stories, memories, and a few fish tales. It's a chance to celebrate the community connections that continue long after we've left the Rock.
Food Provided
Donuts and coffee
Hot dogs and condiments
Water and soda
Cake
Picnic Day Schedule (times approximate)
8:30 AM – Volunteer set-up begins
10:00 AM – Picnic opens
11:00 AM – Lunch served
12:00 PM – Door prize drawings begin (continuing approximately every 30 minutes)
12:30 PM – Group photo, followed by decade and class-year photos
4:00 PM – Picnic concludes
If you'd like to bring a side dish, dessert, or finger food to share, it is always appreciated but never required.
We're also looking for volunteers to help with set-up and tear-down.
