8 Week Meditation Series
Do you struggle with meditating? Have you wondered how to meet your Spirit Guides? Want to grow deeper in your spiritual connection? Want to connect with a community? Not sure where to start?

On Wed Feb 5 we will begin an 8 week series on practicing meditation. Each Wednesday beginning at 6:00 pm at Earth Alchemy we will go thru a 30 minute guided meditation, each focusing on methods for -
• Quieting brain chatter
• Grounding
• Breathing techniques
• Calming anxiety
• Stimulating your 3rd Eye
• Meeting and working with spirit guides and animal guides
• Exploring your life purpose
• Regaining your passion
• Releasing the past
• Getting un-stuck
• Re-imagining your life

What to Expect
When you enter the meditation space, you will be smudged and asked to remove your shoes (so wear toasty socks!). Chairs and pillows will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your favorite blanket (and a yoga mat if you prefer to sit on the floor) and a journal to write your thoughts at the end. For the first session we will begin with a brief introduction and overview of setting and protecting your meditation space. After that we will begin the meditation promptly at 6:15 pm and go for 30 minutes, after which you can journal about your experience if you choose. You are encouraged to arrive by 6pm to get settled in to your space. This series is appropriate for beginners or those just wanting to get back into a meditation habit.

Each meditation will begin with relaxation exercises and instructions on protecting your inner space to allow only guides and messages that are intended for your highest good. Then a scene will be set and instructions on moving through your meditation leaving time to explore the scene and connect with guides you experience in your journey. At the end, you will be called back to the room and given time to re-acclimate. You are then welcome to write your thoughts in your journal or pose questions to pursue in your own meditation time thru the week.

Cost
Cost is $30 per month payable at the beginning of each month. No refunds for missed sessions. Cancelled sessions will be made up at the end. Space is limited so contact Earth Alchemy to claim your spot!

Facilitator
Lori Strange has been connecting with Spirit since she was a child. She is a certified Usui-Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher and holds a Masters of Divinity degree. She has spent time as a Minister of Youth and Education and Live Event Video Production Director although her passion has always been Devotional Writing. In more recent years she discovered spiritual gifts and tools that has expanded her Spiritual understanding and prompted her to deliver messages from Spirit to clients thru Stone Readings and Oracle Runes using symbols cultivated from her personal experiences. She is the proprietor of Willow Cryk Lavender and Herb Farm in Shelby County and loves teaching people about the healing properties of food and herbs.
