8-week Emotional Intimacy Workshop

A new workshop on Emotional Intimacy is starting soon! 

Many couples I’ve worked with have expressed difficulty in developing and maintaining the emotional intimacy in their relationship. They desire a much stronger emotional connection but that bond often seems elusive. A lot of the counseling support couples usually get centers around learning better communication skills, learning about their personalities and needs, the five love languages, gender differences, roles and expectations (Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) and better skills to handle conflict. These are all helpful skills and understandings to have but they are not enough to provide emotional intimacy. In this workshop, we’ll go beyond those skill sets and explore what it takes to develop emotional intimacy, a thriving emotional connection where you and your partner feel emotionally held and closer to each other on a consistent basis. You’ll learn how to create a heart to heart connection that allows each person to feel fully loved and stay grounded in that love. A deeply satisfying and continuously growing emotional bond is the foundation of a successful relationship.

Emotional intimacy isn’t just for couples. Learning how to create authentic emotional intimacy is essential to all relationships. This workshop is for singles and couples alike.  

Cost is $120 per 2 hour session. You can pay at each session or choose to pay upfront the total $960 for the 8 week workshop. Workshop is limited to 12 people in order to facilitate deeper conversation and reflection, so grab your spot soon.
