Our annual 8 week challenge is back and better than ever!! It’s a great way to kickstart your fitness this winter without the lock in contracts of a membership!
Choose to train twice per week or three times per fortnight and we’ll help to keep you accountable and teach you the best ways to make healthy lifestyle changes.
Yes it’s a goals / results based challenge but we want to also encourage a holistic approach to ensure sustainability!
