8 Week Calm Abiding Meditation Course

Calm Abiding meditation serves as the foundation for all other practices within Tibetan Buddhism.
The practice can bring us increased focus, peace of mind and so much more. Meditation has a proven record in its ability to improve health, awaken happiness and give a clear perspective on life. It enables you to identify the real causes of unhappiness and recover from stress, anxiety and tension. It is a very important skill to develop for readiness in difficult times.
The course is suitable for those wishing to learn, deepen or renew their understanding of the Buddhist Teachings on Meditation practice.
* Those that have previously completed the Calm Abiding Course are welcome to book in for complimentary single classes (see dates below).
This course will be led by Dr. Bernard Kelly and Dr. Lan- Hoa Le, who are certified and completed the necessary training to teach the 8 weeks Calm-Abiding (Shamada) Meditation Course.
