We're based at The Space Bookham, on Mondays and Thursdays, boasting 8 Poles in the spacious studio, You'll be joining with complete beginners just like you. Whether you're joining to kick-start your fitness goals, lose weight, build strength or just have fun, you'll achieve them all at My Body Rocks
Starting with foundations and fun combinations, you'll learn, build strength, and enjoy your lesson every week.
Just £99, which gives you 16 classes, 8 beginner pole classes every Monday at 20:30 and 8 credits to book our online flexibility classes, making it just £6.20 a Class

1) Register an account with your email address.
2) Search My Body Rocks
3) Click Book Now
4) Select the Location
5) Head to the date that your course starts and select the course
6) Scroll down and press Book Now
7) Then select pay now (if you choose to take advantage of the pay in two parts, remember to save your card details)
