You'll be joining with complete beginners just like you, whether you're joining to kick-start your fitness goals, lose weight, build strength or just have fun, you'll achieve them all at My Body Rocks GuildfordWe're based at the Art Center, Merrow Guildford, on Mondays and Wednesdays, My BodyRocks Guildford boasts 8 poles in this spacious studio and we'll soon be offering Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks.
Our 8-Week Course includes 16 classes in total, 8 Beginner Pole Classes, every Wednesday at 20:30 and 8 credits to use on our online flexibility Classes, all for just £99, you can book your spot now with just a 50% deposit.
