In conjunction with Martin Luther King Jr. Day, join us for 8 Hours of Peace as we engage in fun activities that promote peace, understanding, and knowledge. All through a hands-on UNESCO-approved curriculum focused on diversity, human rights, conflict & resolution, and sustainable development.
Find out what our local, regional, national, and international peace education programming can look like. Please join us for 8 Hours of Peace at Pioneer Electric Cooperative's Community Room for a day of CISV activities. Bring your friends, or come and make new ones! Event is intended for and appropriate for youth ages 7-18 years old.
Parents are welcome to stay, but event is intended as a drop-off scenario. All adult chaperones are CISV Child Safeguarding trained with complete background checks and a 1:6 child to adult ratio will be maintained all day.
