Are you looking to buy a home? Join us for our HUD-approved 8 Hour Pre-Purchase Homebuyer Course to learn everything you need to know about the homebuying process! This workshop covers everything from selecting the right insurance, maintaining good credit, and what to expect during the whole process. When the course is completed, you will receive a certificate that is accepted by programs like SHIP, HOME, FHA loans, and others!
Tickets are $50 for participants outside of the PHFH Homebuyer Program and breakfast and lunch are included. Space is limited, so make sure to register to secure your spot.
Pensacola Habitat for Humanity is a HUD certified Housing Counseling Agency, and the certificate earned from this course satisfies the requirements for homeowners using federal funding assistance. The course is NOT a replacement for the Pensacola Habitat for Humanity Homebuyer Program.
