401-469: 6 Chips
400 & Under: 7 Chips
Tourney Directors will assign ratings for new players based on known ability.
Unknown and unestablished players start with 4 chips.
Rules:
Winning Player Breaks
Call shots
8 on the break spots immediately or choose to re-rack
Scratch on 8 is BIH unless 8 is pocketed, which is a loss
Playing Rules:
Players get virtual chips based on FargoRates (TD assigns if new). When you lose a game, you lose a chip and go back in the stack.
