8-19-2025 Water Bath Canning 101 - Jams and Jellies

In this introductory seminar, we will learn about water bath canning, the equipment needed, and how to make homemade jams and jellies. The seminar will include information and resources on safely canning at home, the science behind making jams and jellies and a live demonstration from our instructors on making *blueberry jelly and ultimately a food tasting.

*Note that the jam or jelly demonstration will depend on what fresh fruit is in season at the time.
