In this hands-on class, you’ll make rich, ruby-red Cabernet Pasta (aka Drunken Pasta) from scratch, including homemade noodles steeped in wine for flavor and color that’s as bold as the dish itself. Pancetta and some added vegetables make for a well rounded full meal dish.
