She believes we all have magic with in us and through power of movement, meditation, and community we can start to awaken it.
Brianne’s all-levels flow class and sound bath blend breath, mindful movement, and self-inquiry with a compassionate approach. Her goal is to create a space for growth, joy, and authentic expression.
