Big League WIFFLE Ball's 2026-27 Pro Tour begins with the 7th Annual Western WIFFLE Ball Classic at Scottsdale Stadium! All ages are welcome to form a team of 3-5 players and compete in either the open or pro division.

Overview

All teams will compete at the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants. Open division games are 4 innings or 50 minutes; whichever comes first. All teams are guaranteed three pool play games prior to the top teams in each division advancing to a single-elimination playoff bracket. First place teams in both divisions will receive a commemorative trophy. Teams that are accepted into the pro division will receive seperate rules and instructions.

Divisions

Upon registration, teams can apply to play in one of two divisons. The pro division allows teams to apply to play and compete against BLW's ten professional teams. The open division is perfect for families, businesses, friend groups, youth sports teams, and more. It's recommended that those with no "fast-pitch" wiffle ball experience participate in the open division.

Home Run Derby

Players can participate in a home run derby in between games. The cost is $5 per person and can be purchased ahead of time on Eventbrite or on-site. The home run derby champion will receive a trophy.

Details:

• Each team can have 3 to 5 players. All ages are welcome.

• Defense will have 3 players, excluding the pitcher.

• No base running. There will be designated singles, doubles, triples and home runs.

• Teams will need to bring their own bats and balls, which will be inspected before play.

• Scuffing is allowed in different variations depending on division. See the rule book on our website for more details.

• Teams are required to dress in the same color. Uniforms are encouraged.

Attendees:

• General Admission tickets are available for $10 through the Eventbrite event page or at the door. Youth under 13 years of age are free. Player entry is covered by team registration fee.

Prohibited Items:

• The following items are not permitted in the stadium: illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, pepper spray, and outside food and beverage (except for one sealed, plastic bottle of water). All bags are subject to search upon entering the stadium.
