Enjoy an unforgettable evening of live music, mouthwatering crawfish and all the fixin’s, and great fellowship at the Union Station Train Shed. Q. When/Where is the event?
A. The event will be held April 24th, Union Station Train Shed (300 Water Street), 6-9 pm.
Q. How much are tickets?
A. Tickets are $125 and admit two people.
Q. What does my ticket include?
A. Tickets include entry for 2 people, all you can eat crawfish and beverages, live music by Gabe Meridith and the Village Petes, and 1 chance to win $10,000.
Q. How do I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased at the GMHBA office or through Eventbrite.
Q. If I purchase through Eventbrite, how do I get my ticket?
A. All Eventbrite tickets will be available for pickup at the Will Call table on event day.
Q. Is there an option to purchase a ticket for just one person?
A. We have added a General Admission ticket option for one entry, priced at $65. This ticket does not include the drawdown.
Q. What if I don’t like crawfish?
A. The only food available at the event is crawfish, potatoes, corn, and sausage. There will be a food truck with options available for purchase.
Q. What types of drinks are available at the bar?
A. Your ticket will give you access to the regular bar which includes water, soft drinks, beer and wine.
Q. Is there any liquor at this event?
A. Yes, but it’s only available in the VIP bar.
Q. How do I access the VIP bar?
A. VIP tickets are available for purchase for $50. This includes VIP bar and VIP bathrooms. (you must have purchased a drawdown ticket to be eligible to purchase a VIP ticket)
Q. Will there be any seating at the event?
A. There will be tables and chairs for attendees to eat. The only seating available around the stage is reserved for sponsors.
Q. What is a drawdown?
A. Each ticket is assigned a number. That number is entered into the “drawdown”. We will draw each number and the last number remaining wins $10,000!
Q. Where should I park?
A. You can park anywhere you find a space near the event or use the parking deck adjacent to the venue.
Q. Where do I enter the event?
A. Our volunteers will be set up at the entrance on Water Street between the old bank and visitors center. No entry will be allowed near Leks.
Q. Will there be a photo booth at the event?
A. Yes, we encourage our attendees to visit the photo booth!
Q. How do I sponsor this event and what will my sponsorship include?
A. You'll find the sponsorship agreement on our Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association Facebook page. You can also call our office for more information 334-277-7766.
There will be no discounts on admission or VIP tickets. Event is rain or shine.
