$150 (SUPER TRACK!!!) Track 1 & 2 Combined, you get
- (4 Races Minimum = 1 Practice, 2 Qualifying, 1 Main/Feature “1st & 2nd Of Alphabet Soups Advance to the next Main).

Once I receive payment I will send you the registration link. However, if you end up paying & registering, then don't show up, unfortunately your payment will not be able to be REFUNDED as per K1’s contract with this event. You can just show up the day of the event and pay if you want. But there is (ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE) on being able to race as there is a limit of racers for this event, so lock in your Slot & beat the cut off. Facebook is being weird and screwing up the time. (The event is on Saturday November 8th 2025, Arrive at 4:00pm or a smidge earlier (last race of the event = A-Main will probably end close to midnight) just an FYI. So just prepare yourself (if you make THE SHOW = A-Main)
Everyone is invited! Share and spread the word! Our party group name is (MIDWEST RACERS). K1 Will be closed to the public for this event as we are renting out the whole facility.
The lineup is as follows:
Arrive 4:00pm or a smidge earlier. During this time is when you will need to sign up/in/register/check in, sign waivers, pay (if you have not already pre paid) and get ready to race! It gets very busy and full in the lobby so get there with enough time. 4:45pm is drivers meeting, to explain the Format/rules/penalties/Etc.
1st Session is (Practice). Starts immediately after drivers meeting (shooting for 5pm) the format is different this year, everyone will pill draw & be set in a practice group. Practice is EVERYTHING!!! & your results/lap times will group you with your equal skill/speed for Qualifying(s) Etc.
1st session is Practice. This is the only race with a set start time, the following start times will be pending on the races & how quickly or slow things move along.
2nd/3rd Sessions: Qualifying.
You will get 2 Qualifying sessions (incase one qualifying session you get a bad kart/couldn’t get a clean lap/a good qualifying time/etc).
After your 2 qualifying sessions. They will take your best (singular 1 lap time overall) out of your 2 qualifying sessions. You will be placed in a Final/Main: A, B, C, Etc. based off of your time/speed then proceed from there. (Last event we had a (I-Main)
4th session Race: Feature/Main’s.
Every year the event gets Bigger & better & more fun! We are continuing the Main Winners + 2nd place will advance to the back of the next Main/Final. We are also continuing the Powder Puff Race (all girls race, the best one to watch), last event we introduced 2 more special races (Race of Champions/Seasoned Veterans "50+ Years Young") & we will continue to do so since it was a huge hit
- 1st & 2nd of each main will advance to the back of the next main
- Seasoned Veterans Race (Age 50 +)
- Race Of Champions!!! 10 Racers “Every Past Annual Event Winner = 6 + 4 Will Be Chosen Based Off Of The Best Past Annual Stats
Depending on the number of racers that participate will determine how many Main’s/Finals there are (A, B, C, etc.) If you do not qualify for the A-Main initially, you will have to run the Famous “Alphabet Soup” to transfer from whichever Main you are in to try & advance to the next main (Winner & 2nd Place of that main only advance).
A couple of reminders:
Please keep in mind that we are on THEIR (K1's) time/schedule & they will not wait for us. So map blast/google maps/ do whatever you need to do to know how far in advance you need to leave.
This event is booked until 11:59pm
Helmets are required! If you have a personal helmet bring it! (Doesn’t matter if it’s out of date) (as long as you have a helmet & eye protection you can run any helmet you want) If you don’t have one, no sweat, the admission you pay is covering you for everything you need for this entire event. They have rentals and head socks available for you.
The invite is for anyone & everyone. I created the event on Facebook, but obviously I don’t have everyone's Facebook or a way of contacting them so please share, invite your significant others, buddies, family, pit crew/those who say they could kick your butt if they had a race car like you, or anyone you think might come & enjoy this event. You all are welcomed to join.
There is no age limit. However you must be 58” or taller = 4’10” to participate in this event.
You will be racing against grown men & women that have a competitive personality so if you can’t handle the heat (respectfully) stay out of the kitchen!
