7th Annual Dymally International Jazz and Arts Festival

The following items are permitted for entry into the Festival grounds. All items are subject to inspection by Festival staff and security upon entry:

-Clear bags only, in accordance with the Festival’s Clear Bag Policy.

-Plastic water bottles only (no glass or metal containers permitted).

-Small blankets for lawn seating.

-Small umbrellas.

Prohibited Items – Strictly Enforced

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited and will not be permitted inside the Festival grounds:

• Wagons
• Outside alcoholic beverages
• Thermos containers
• Open beverage or food containers
• Still cameras or camera equipment with large, zoom, or detachable lenses
• Video recording equipment
• Footstools or footrests
• Portable grills or cooking equipment
• Tables or inflatable (“blow-up”) furniture of any kind
• Glass or metal containers
• Aluminum cans
• Metal utensils or any sharp objects
• Coolers exceeding 20 quarts in capacity
• Pets, except approved service animals with proper documentation (a waiver must be signed at the Festival entrance)
• Unauthorized vendors or commercial sales

Security Notice:
All bags, coolers, carts, and personal belongings are subject to search at the Festival entrance. Attendees are asked to comply with all policies to help prevent delays and ensure a smooth entry process.

Additional Information:
Authorized vendors from across the region will offer a variety of food, beverages, and merchandise. Beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at designated locations within the Festival grounds.

Festival Ticket Terms and Conditions

All ticket sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including weather conditions. The event will take place rain or shine. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

By attending the Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to the event. You agree that the Festival management, its agents, employees, contractors, and performers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at or participation in the event.

Unauthorized recording, transmission, or reproduction of any description, account, image, video, or audio of the event, performance, or exhibition is strictly prohibited.

All attendees consent to reasonable security screening, including the search of bags and personal belongings, for alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, weapons, or other prohibited items as a condition of entry.

By entering the Festival grounds, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured and used by Festival management or its authorized representatives for promotional, marketing, or broadcast purposes, without compensation.

Festival management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disorderly, unsafe, or in violation of Festival rules or these terms and conditions.
