I am proud to announce my 7th Annual "Constable Christopher Bates" Scholarship Breakfast, benefiting college bound students who attends school in Jefferson County.
Since 2015, I have provided financial support, as well as mentoring to senior high school students from the community that will be entering the field of Criminal Justice. My goal is to help bridge the gap between Law Enforcement and Communities by equipping young adults with the tools for success. To date I have given out over $40,000 in scholarships, and my hope is to do even more!
The event will include a full breakfast, musical entertainment by Gospel Recording Artist, Musiqa Tate, and Mr. Patrick Britton, as the dynamic guest speaker!
At the breakfast I will also name the Constable Christopher Bates “Humanitarian of the Year” and “Young Humanitarian of the Year” Awards!
