Hi folks, Come join us for our weekly Wednesday Bootcamp run! We'll be doing a 7 km run with 3 bootcamp stops along the way.
The pace of the run will be between approx. 4:30min/km and 6:00min/km. To enjoy the runs you should be capable of comfortably running 7km.
Please only attend the event if you have reserved a spot on Heylo and if you're feeling unwell on the day please sit this one over. The crew captains will be directing the group throughout the event, remember to follow their advice and of course to have lots of fun!

We are a community that is not just about the running so will be heading to the bar afterwards for a few drinks.
