Join fellow whisky lovers, proud Highlanders, and friends of the Garrison for a night that engages every sense and warms every heart.

Settle in as selection of carefully hand-selected whiskies are poured — each one a story of craft, region, and character. Your guide will walk you through the nose, the palate, and the finish of each dram, paired course by course with a luxurious three-course dinner designed to complement and elevate every sip. to Scotland.

You will be treated to a live performance by our Youth Squad — the young pipers and drummers who train every Sunday at The Military Museums. Hearing them play is to understand exactly why this matters. These aren't just talented kids; they are the living continuation of a tradition stretching back to 1758.
