Put on your dancing shoes for the 78th Annual Houston Hoedown “Dance Around the World: A Global Dance Adventure!” on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 23–25 at the Pasadena Convention Center, 7902 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas!
Join dancers from near and far for a great weekend filled with outstanding square, round and contra dancing featuring the always-entertaining Dan Preedy of Spokane, Washington, and elegant cueing of The Ski's.
Kick off the festivities on Friday with an exhibition dance, fun squares and rounds, and a meet and greet reception in the afternoon. Wear your favorite international attire on Friday evening as we celebrate cultures from around the globe, then return Saturday for Mainstream, Plus, Advanced, Round and Contra dancing, and a grand finale dance in the evening. New this year, enjoy a Sunday morning pancake breakfast and farewell dance to wrap up an unforgettable weekend of friendship, fun, and fantastic dancing!
