A genre-defying novelist, a major post-colonial thinker and one of literature's most influential voices on climate change, his work has earned him India's highest literary honour, two lifetime achievement awards and named by Foreign Policy as one of the decade's most important global thinkers. He introduces Ghost-Eye, his new novel exploring memory, reincarnation and our planet's fragility.
