The 75th Annual Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 7:00 - 10:00 AM at Rockwell Park. Join us for an exciting morning of fishing family fun. Children should bring their own fishing poles and legal bait. There will be a variety of prizes awarded for fishes caught throughout the morning.
Derby is FREE for children 13 years of age and under!

General Information:
- For the second year in a row, the event is being held at the Rockwell Park - Back Pond.
- The event is free of charge, but pre-registration is required.
- Participants check in at the BPRYCS Registration Tent at 7:00 AM
- Each participant may use 1 pole, 1 hook, 1 bobber, and any legal bait
- No artificial lures or gang hooks allowed
- Parents may assist in casting but children must land their own fish
- Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories
Check-In starts at 7:00 AM
Derby begins at 7:30 AM
Winners will be announced at 10:00 AM
