When and where is the event?
Join us Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Château des Charmes Estate Winery
(1025 York Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake).
Doors open at 6:00 PM and we’ll be dancing right through to midnight!

Is this just for Grimsby Curling Club members?
Not at all! We’d love to see current and past members — and you’re welcome to bring your friends and family along too.

What is the dress code?
Wear your favourite summer style! From golf shirts to gala gowns all styles are welcome.

What’s included in the $135 ticket?
Your evening includes:
• A welcome glass of sparkling wine (with compliments from Château des Charmes)
• A delicious dinner served through food stations from Smoke & Barrel. Vegetarian option available.
• Live entertainment from “The Reflections” with plenty of dancing
• HST included
A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. There will also be a silent auction.

Will there be transportation?
If there’s enough interest, we’ll arrange a return shuttle from the Grimsby Curling Club for approximately $15–$20 per person. We’ll share details once confirmed.

Is seating assigned?
We will be assigning seating prior to the event. Please complete the Seating Request Form on the GCC bulletin Board so we can seat you with your friends. Guests will be put together at tables of 8.

What about food allergies or dietary needs?
Dinner will feature multiple food stations with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available. Advance special orders will not be available.

Is there information about the venue?
Chateau des Charmes is a beautiful, award-winning winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This grand French style estate will host us in their heated, outdoor marquee tent and inside foyer.
