Are you moving through something big in your life right now and longing for sacred support?
This is a safe, sacred container for 5 women . We meet one evening per week for 2.5 hours. It’s a sacred space to feel, witness, and release what is arising, even when it feels uncomfortable, held in loving support all around you.
On the other side of this journey is radiance, joy, empowerment, nervous system health, clarity, life direction, and peace within — rooted in the Light of the Divine.

This 7-week transformational self-care journey is a sacred space to meet yourself exactly where you are. Every woman’s experience will be unique, and each gathering will offer something different. Guided by your body and heart as your compass, we will explore, release, renew, awaken, remember, co-create, integrate, and embody.
You will be held in a powerful formula designed to help you release what no longer serves from your body, heart, and mind — creating new neural pathways that bring your brain and heart into deep coherence. This opens the doorway for your most vibrant, aligned life, magnetizing joy and purpose through daily self-care, loving accountability, and soul-nourishing practices.

About Your Guide — Shelley Brechtel
I am a Life Coach & Ceremonialist, with certifications and training in Sacred Sounds, Breathwork, Whole Life Coaching, Tuning the Biofield & Energy Centers, and Energetic Women’s Flow Dance. I am also a College Music Major, weaving my love for sound, rhythm, and vibration into the healing arts.
My passion is creating sacred containers for deep transformation — guiding women into Divine connection, authenticity, joyful radiant embodiment, empowerment, nervous system harmony, and alignment with their soul purpose.
