For two unforgettable hours, 7 Paintings transforms dinner into a fully immersive experience inspired by some of the world’s most iconic artists.

Each course is paired with a different artistic world — from Van Gogh to Picasso to Warhol to Banksy....brought to life through projection mapping, storytelling, music, smoke effects, riddles, and interactive moments woven throughout the evening.

The food changes. The room transforms. And somewhere along the way, you stop feeling like you’re at dinner at all.

7 Paintings is not traditional fine dining, the experience itself is the star. Every dish is thoughtfully designed to complement the artistic journey, with generous portions and immersive presentation throughout the evening.

The $33 deposit (plus fees) charged today reserves your place and is applied toward your final experience total on the day of the event. The remaining balance is paid onsite, plus gratuity.

Your evening unfolds across seven acts, each inspired by a renowned artist and paired with a thoughtfully crafted course

Act I – Michelangelo
Silken whipped ricotta finished with a warm drizzle of hot honey and fragrant thyme, served atop lightly charred sourdough.

Vegan: Hummus substitute

Act II – Banksy
Hand-cut Yellowfin tuna with Persian cucumber and California avocado, delicately dressed in a sesame-ponzu emulsion with a touch of chili oil. Served with crisp taro chips for a subtle textural contrast.

Vegetarian/Vegan: Same as above, but without tuna

Act III – Pablo Picasso
Buckwheat soba tossed with edamame, wild mushrooms, and cucumber in a light ponzu dressing, finished with a sprinkle of furikake.

Act IV – Jackson Pollock
A composed arrangement of green leaf lettuce, haricot vert, watermelon radish, jicama, and arugula, gently bound with Asian chive. Accompanied by green goddess, goma dare, beet sherry vinaigrette, and turmeric tahini dressings.

Act V – Andy Warhol

Choice of:

1. Herb-roasted Jidori chicken breast infused with garlic and thyme, finished with a rich jus reduction. Served with broccolini and a delicate Caesar-style cream.
2. Caramelized miso-glazed salmon, paired with coconut rice and tender haricot vert.
3. Short rib, slow-braised for twelve hours in Malbec, served with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini.
4. Oven-roasted cauliflower steak finished with a vibrant chimichurri and toasted pepitas. (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Act VI – Salvador Dalí
White chocolate potato souffle with olive sea salt, and cookie crumbs

Vegan: Moist and light sweet lemon olive oil cake served flavored from fresh, zesty lemons with a side of strawberry sorbet

Act VII – Vincent van Gogh
Chocolate with green, yellow, and red paintable cocoa butter
